- Because DAV Professional Placement Group became a Division of Adcorp Fulfilment Services, all the Directors of DAV were required to “Resign” hence the change in Business Title.

- Up until January 2010 my KPA’s were the same as before, then due to the recession we restructured the reporting in the company. The goal was to separate the Sales teams from the Service Delivery teams so the Executive Heads could turn their complete focus on to sales.
- We also promoted the most senior person in the ICT Recruitment Division to Executive Head and this Division also no longer fell under me.

- My responsibilities were the same as before, expect now I only had a smaller team to manage and could spend more time on Sales and Target achievement.

- In December 2010 one of our top billers in the Engineering Division resigned to re-locate back to Germany. We decided that instead of dividing her clients up amongst the existing consultants and potentially watering down their production that I would take this over.

- To allow me to focus completely on the clients and target achievement, we restructured the Engineering Division, they now report directly to our MD – Tanja Koch

- I currently only have one small team reporting directly to me (SWAT) – the team consists of 2 Consultants, 1 Researcher/Head Hunter and 1 Researcher/Administrator.
