Competition Rules

1. The promoter

This competition is run by CV Hub, a trading name of CodeSix Consulting (PTY) Ltd, registration number 2026/437470/07, of 685 Riveiera Lane, Featherbrooke, Krugersdorp, 1724, South Africa ("we", "us").

2. It is free to enter

You do not have to buy anything to enter or to win. Entry costs you nothing beyond your usual cost of connecting to the internet.

3. Who may enter

• You must be 18 or older and living in South Africa.
• You must have a CV Hub account and have entered on our website.
• Our directors, employees, agents, their suppliers and the immediate families of any of them may not enter.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed from the draw.

4. When it runs

Entries open on 6 August 2026 and close on 18 September 2026 at 17:00. Anything received after that time does not go into the draw.

5. How to enter and how tickets work

Go to cvhub.co.za/win and choose to enter. You then collect tickets. Each ticket is one chance in the draw:

• one ticket for completing your CV;
• one ticket for making your CV visible to employers;
• one ticket for each friend you invite with your personal link who signs up and fills in a reasonable part of their own CV, up to 5 friends.

If you undo one of these before entries close, that ticket is removed again. Tickets are frozen the moment entries close.

6. The prize

One Samsung Galaxy A07 Black · 128GB. There is one winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to anyone else. If the exact model is unavailable we may substitute a product of the same or greater value.

7. How the winner is chosen

The winner is drawn at random by computer from all tickets in the draw, within a reasonable time after entries close. More tickets means more chances, but every draw is by chance. Our decision is final and we do not enter into correspondence about it.

8. Telling the winner

We will contact the winner within a reasonable time using the email address and phone number on their CV Hub account. If we cannot reach the winner within 7 days, or if they do not accept the prize, we may draw a reserve winner in the same way.

The prize will be delivered within 30 days of the draw, at no cost to the winner. The winner does not have to pay anything or take on any obligation to receive it.

9. Publishing the winner's name

By entering you agree that we may publish your CV Hub username and province if you win, on our website and on our social media pages. You may ask us in writing not to, and we will respect that.

10. Your personal information

We use your information to run the competition and to contact you if you win. Ticking the marketing box when you enter is optional and is not a condition of entering; you can stop those emails at any time. We handle your information in line with POPIA and with our Privacy Policy.

11. Facebook and other social networks

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, WhatsApp or any other social network. By entering you release those companies completely. Any questions or complaints must come to us, not to them. Sharing or tagging on social media is optional and earns no tickets on its own - tickets are only earned on cvhub.co.za.

12. Fair play

We may remove entries or tickets that we reasonably believe come from fake accounts, automated tools, or any attempt to game the referral system. We may cancel or change the competition if something outside our control makes it necessary, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

13. Getting a copy of these rules

These rules are free to read here and we will send them to you free of charge on request. Email us at hello@cvhub.co.za. We keep the records of this competition for three years, as required by section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act.
