Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in available security positions. My name is Mr Sipho Khanya Zantsi, based in Fort Beaufort, Eastern Cape, and I have hands-on experience in access control, patrol duties, and site security across different environments. I am hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining safety, order, and professional service standards.
Most recently, I worked as a Security Officer at Thorburn Security Solutions (Jun 2023 – Oct 2024). During this time, I served as a Grade B Site Senior at Kromberg and Schubert Automotive in Uitenhage, where I led and took responsibility for a team of six security officers (Jun 2023 – Oct 2023). I was later moved to Varsity College, where I continued as a Grade C officer, strengthening my ability to adapt quickly to new sites, procedures, and client expectations.
Previously, I worked at Fidelity Security Group (Nov 2017 – Dec 2020) as a Grade C Security Officer responsible for basic access control duties at Lear Automotive in Neave Township, Sidwell, Port Elizabeth. I also worked as a Patrol Man at Metro Security Service (Aug 2015 – Mar 2017), performing on-foot guarding duties in the Port Elizabeth CBD to help maintain law and order for shoppers and business owners in central areas.
I hold security qualifications including Grade E.D.C (Bay Security & Training, 2015) and Grade B (Dlambulo Investments, 2021), and I completed Grade 10 at Kwamagxaki High School (2012). I bring strong communication and teamwork skills, work well under pressure, and I am adaptable, a quick learner, and willing to work flexible hours.
